Thank goodness for Operation Gratitude to which my kids donated the bulk of their Halloween candy. The U.S. Military will get to enjoy it (and boy, do they work it off afterwards) and my kids don’t have to eat it all. I used to buy back their candy but now they feel great about donating it to the guys overseas.
But of course, there is still leftover and this is a really fun recipe to use it for. get some cute cellophane bags and give this popcorn away for gifts!
