I don’t know any details about how this came about or who the lucky recipient of this shelter is but she certainly seems happy and grateful for his selfless act.

What are your thoughts about this gift? It is certainly beautiful but it does bring to mind many questions about whether the city would allow it to even stay there and what the neighbors will allow, as well.
