This idea is featured here in the kitchen but consider installing a similar feature in the closet or bathroom as well.  You would be surprised how many things you can hang from a hook.

If you have items that cannot be hung, you can find cute receptacles to place things in.  For instance, a bar like this would be useful in an office space and items like paper clips, rubber bands and tacks could be collected and hung up.
