To make the mini-blinds, she used THIS TUTORIAL which seems to be pretty reliable.
What is so amazing here is that she was able to go from mini-blind to a heavy and bold roman shade for free!
How did she do it?
She used the fabric from a drop cloth that she happened to have on hand and then made racing stripes on it using painter’s tape and craft paint that she also had.
The final result is so bold and beautiful!
