Chrysanthemum Wall Mirror
Materials:
- 300 plastic spoons
- 12″ MDF wreath
- 18″ MDF wreath
- Primer
- hot glue
- paint
- small round mirror
- hanging kit
Directions:
Cut the handles off all your plastic spoons.
Prime the MDF.
Put the smaller wreath in side the larger one and using hot glue, attach them with the spoon handles.

Turn it over and cover the ring of space between the 2 wreaths with paper so that you can later glue over the whole thing.
Start attaching the spoons with the hot glue until fully covered.

Take it outside and prime the whole thing.
Then paint. You can spray it all one lighter color so that you don’t end up having to paint every single spoon. You want to pick a few colors that will blend from one to the next.

After it is dry, attach the mirror to the back and a hanging kit on the mirror.
VOILA!!

No one would ever know these were spoons! This is just a gorgeous wall piece!
Weird question but HAVE you ever used plastic cutlery to make a craft? Is this a THING? Enlighten me!
