So often I open up a bag of whatever and chip-clip it or tie the bag in a knot and throw it back into the cabinet.
I know this is actually not a good enough job of sealing it, but I don’t have a better way, so I just do the best I can with what I’ve got.
But then the food oxidizes and it’s just never the same.
