Magnets are one of the handiest things I have in my junk drawer. I use them all the time to throw stuff up on my dry erase board–stuff that would otherwise join the magnets in the junk drawer and just get misplaced.

There are so many quick and easy DIY magnets you can make.  Like these gorgeous stone ones that are pretty much my favorite ever!  Also, these gold spray-painted alphabet magnets are pretty adorable, too.

    Aha…you just gave me an idea of what to do with the gold hearts I cut out of an old sweater from when my daughter was little. The sweater had holes but I couldn’t bring myself to toss the pretty embellishments.
