It's WISE to DIY: Thrify Ideas for the Do-It-Yourselfer

Particle Board, PVC Pipe and Plastic Cups? This Unusual DIY Is A Huge Hit With The Kids!

This fun DIY is a great way to occupy the kids.

It’s a fun project to create and if the kiddos get bored of it after a while, you can always stow it away for a couple weeks and then take it back out again.

It will be a popular attraction at the kid’s birthday parties, too.

Take a look at how to make this marble run:

On a personal note, I don’t allow marbles in my home.  Even though my kids are 6, 8 and 1o, I still catch them messing around and putting toys in their mouth from time to time so I just flat out threw away every marble in the house.  If I were to make this, I would use larger foam or plastic balls. As long as they can fit between the popsicle sticks and land in the cups, you can use whatever you are comfortable with.

What’s your policy on marbles in the house?

  1. I am making this will be so fun for my grandson

  2. If you put numbers on the cups and assigned colors it could be used as a party game and assign prizes for their total score!
