She Dips and Drips A Pretty Hanky In Starch And Makes Something I Never Expected!

The technique of making a bowl out of a doily by covering it in glue and letting it dry is a great craft that I was familiar with but I had no idea you could apply this same technique, using starch, on a piece of fabric.

This is such a wonderful way to upcycle a pretty hanky or scarf that you love but are not quite sure what to do with.
